How to judge the quality of black masterbatch through its appearance?

A good-quality black masterbatch with moderate luster and hardness. 

If it looks too oily, it used too much oil; If it looks dim without gloss, its carrier is recycled or it has excessive calcium carbonate.

Try chew black masterbatch with teeth, good quality should be a soft and crispy texture. 

If too soft, it has too much organic dispersant; If too soft and loose, it has too low concentration of carbon black and it contains too much calcium carbonate; 

If too cryspy, it has too high carbon black content, or the carrier is recycled.
